What to do with a very clean, well cared for 2007 bae Cooper with 235,000 miles

It is time to move on. My faithful 2007 Cooper, 6 speed, has 236,800 miles on it but it is still in very, very good shape. It was my daily driver for 10 years. 110 miles a day, 5 days a week, all freeway driving. It was never driven to get groceries or to run errands. It was covered with a car cover at all times when not being driven. The interior looks like it's a month old, not 12 years old. It was carefull maintained by both my local, well qualified Mini guy and a Mini dealership in the Bay area. I bought it new and have been the only person ever to drive it. Oil and filter changed every 3000 miles, foam air filter cleaned and all little issues were always adressed and it has never been smoked in and no pets ever got to go for a ride. SO, here is the issue. According to Kelley BB is vauled between $850 nd $1450. I don't see any trade in vaule. What do I do with it. It is costing me $600/year for insurance. I'll let it go for $2,000.

If it runs OK, surely someone on CL will give you $1500 for it.

With that many miles, it's going to be a hard sell, regardless of the condition. I would consider doing a donation, then taking the tax credit.

I would list it locally with a nice story. Maybe face ,, book market ,,, place... With the history you have, you have the best chance of attracting a quick offer. Personally, i am not concerned with miles as much as i am with condition and history, Sounds like you took good care of her.
