spark plug ground/ electrode broke in cylinder

So driving home on the highway 14 miles away from my destination, my car decides to start acting up and me being pretty good at knowing what could be the problem thought it was just the coil gone bad and i limped my car home. Apon inspection and repair I realize that the spark plug in cylinder 2 electrode/ ground tip had broken off. I checked all cylinders with my borescope and magnetic to see if anything was in them and found nothing. So i put new plugs but im now getting mis firing in the 2nd and 4th cylinders. Even moved coils around and codes are still in the same place.

What was the scope of the "inspection and repair". We have not clue what you did to resolve the initial problem so we really can't give you informed advice.

Sry i was half sleep when i posted this
When I checked through the spark plug hole i couldn't really see much or didn't find anything sitting on the piston other than normal build up. I did manually rotate the cylinder to drop each piston down to get a full view of what was going on in the cylinder.
I was just wondering if anything like this has happened to anyone with the recommended ngk plugs.
I know i should have taking pictures of everything but me thinking it was a coil at the time, i just threw everything away. I do plan on taking a intake and exhaust manifolds off to see if i have any belt values. Idk honestly.

There are easier ways to check for bent valves. Take off valve cover, rotate engine until cams lobes are not actuating valve. You should be able to check for play between the top of the valve/spring and the rocker.
