Coolant temp sensor going bad

Hello guys . Just asking for a little little help. I have an 07 cooper s turbo 6 speed manual the issue is I have went through 5 coolant temperature sensor already and they keep failing . also I have replaced the thermostat housing as well . She runs perfect for a week and then the fan kicks early mornings.

Most of the time its the coolant system not being bled all the way and you get temp sensor errors, running too hot or cold. Its too low in the thermostat housing It takes a couple hot/cold cycles to get the air out.
