Time to change timing chain?!

Hello all, I have a 2011 JCW (N14 engine). Went to Mini East Bay for diagnostic, did a smoke test and all that, they told me my turbo was gone due to a bad wastegate as it wasn’t holding vacuum. Once I changed the turbo (27k mile JCW turbo), was driving back home and on the highway, the car drove great. However when I pulled off the highway and got to a stop. Car idle for 45secs-1min, the car dropped RPM, and code “P1497 Downstream Throttle Air Leak” came on. Didn’t lose any power, the car still ran great also no CEL. Just now I was on the freeway and code “P0328” came on.

Any idea as to what is going on with my Mini? Timing chain issue? HPFP? Valve Cover?
Thanks!
