Problem with fuel pump

Hello gentlemen. I have such a problem. There is no constant voltage of 12V on the fuel pump plug. The voltage shows up only when you try to start it and is in the range of 10-11V. After turning off, it shows 12V for a second, the pump turns on and after a while it turns off. It seems to me that the voltage on the pump after ignition should be all the time, unless it is different? JBE module replaced with another car - ok, ECU replaced. There are two errors 2EF2 and 289D. These are permanent errors - the sensor looks okay after the measurements and in ista the intake air temperature is +48 but it seems to me that it should fire even with these errors. After a longer firing attempt, there are 4 injector activation errors. Fuse 43 is ok. save. the patient is R56 2008.

The main fuel pump primes when you get near the car or open the door. This is one the R56 S/JCW. If it does not do this its the main pump. If the HPFP is bad it will start but you will get a stubble or cut out while driving and a code for the misfire. HPFP https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...r-r56-jcw.html

ECSTuning, thank you for your answer. I see you have a lot of knowledge about the Mini.
Main pump you mean HPFP? should she switch when opening the car? is there any sound to come out of it?
I found photos on pelicanparts that after turning on the ignition, 12V should appear on the LPFP plug but it appears only when turning the engine or if you want to restart the car, it turns on for 1 second.
The JBE module was checked on a different car and it is OK.
The ECU was replaced.
What else can I pay attention to?

Main pump is the one in the tank, if you have an S/JCW it will make a quick high pitch short whine as it primes, this is the first time you unlock or get in the car from sitting for a while. Does not do it all the time. Like i linked above.

You can hear it from the car near the bottom neck to the tank. You can here it plain as day. Don't even have to be down there.

On the HPFP you will get the fault and stumble. Its up near the engine on the side and does not make noise on start up. It can throw a code for misfire.

Here is the info for those codes:

or maybe LPFP works shortly after connecting to the battery and physically does not start? . For me, it looks like that after entering the car you can not hear anything, also after turning on the ignition. when you try to start the car, I turn off the ignition and turn it on again, the pump will turn on for a second and then it is 12V and disappears. JBE is functional because it was checked on a different car. Could it actually be LPFP's fault?

That too. Any way to know for sure is to change it. It should have power and not loose power, if it does loose power then its a relay or something in the module.

ECSTUning and maybe it is a matter of mass connection? Because the power is on when the vehicle is started, the relay is activated. Somewhere on pelicanparts I read in the comments that someone had a similar case and found the damaged mass somewhere near the tank under the chassis. is there such a thing? because according to TIS, the weight is under the left rear upholstery.

I would check the connections, only think i can think of is that the wires on the outside of the car near the back on the outside of the body is damaged or maybe a mouse got to it.

Can you tell me where these wires are exactly under the car? I can do it without a channel, do it?

Wires come up near the fuel pump in the back which you can get some by the bump, then it goes on the outside and underbody to the body inside.

I pulled off the skid plate on the rear left side but there are no cables there. only the beam goes to the ABS. I dismantled the upholstery on the rear left side because according to TIS there are mass connections but it's ok. as it gives +12 on the blue and white wire, the pump turns on. no ideas anymore.

Other then that it might be at that pump connection in the trunk at the harness.
