What Mod Is Next?

I have the 2011 Mini R56 S for a few years and its very low mileage. I am looking to increase handling and power. My insurance company is mad at me because I don't drive. I guess I have to mod a few things to have some fun time in the mountains!
Mods:
AEM Intake
Alta Spring
Remus Module
NM Module.
Rear Seat Delete
KS ProSport Coils

Options:
Rear sway bar
JCW turbo - I don't know much and dont want a custom tune or stage 2. Gotta love California
Intercooler
Hot / Cold Side pipes
Nitromethanol injection AEM or Snow
Anything that you suggest that I missed!

Give me some input guys / gals!

Nitromethanol???
water/methanol!
Either full methanol or mix with water+methanol. No nitro in this application

All you need are adjustable RSB and KONI Special Active struts and to quote an old track burner - "If you can't go fast with 90 horse power, 900 won't help you." It's not the ovals where MINIs out perform, it's the chicanes. All this is assuming you've got a manual gear box for controlling RPM into the turns.

Agree with RSB, but maybe go with Koni Yellow adjustable struts/shocks

And tires! Better tires, Bridgestone Potenza RE-71RS tires come out 6/1/22!
