Looking for ncsexpert coding in Los Angeles

I’m looking for someone who has ncsexpert that can code for me. I want to convert my xenon factory light back to halogen. I need to remove $522 VO. Thanks.

Just wanted to let you know these guys came out with very user friendly software that works identical to ncs-expert but you can do it from your phone and or laptop. https://www.bimmergeeks.net/protool

Do you know if this bimmergeek protool can remove/add VO for mini coopers?
