Under Hood Fuses Help

My 2011 Cooper Base is making a clicking sound when inserting the key. The clicking is coming from the R3 fuse in the fuse box in the hood compartment.

Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Fuses don't open or close like a relay; they will make a "snap" noise when they blow, but that will only happen once. Relays will open and close and you can hear them clicking in most cases. When you insert the key, there are many relays that are changing state (open to close or closed to open). I wouldn't worry about it. Are you experiencing some type of malfunction?

After doing another search on the forum I found that I'm most likely the CAS module.
