Help with Part Identification

Hey guys,

I am about to change the valve cover/crankcase vent hose illustrated in this image, but I noticed on the air intake manifold there's another protrusion that looks like might have had a hose on it at some point.

I've circled it in green. Can anyone verify that there is indeed a hose that goes there, and if so, where does it go to? Cause I'm missing mine if there is one...

Update... I just found a video of someone removing their intake manifold, and saw this. What is this part the the hose is connected to??

On North American vehicles, that port isn't a port at all. It is internally blocked on the manifold.
