R56 Cooper S N14 LPFP Fuel Pump / Spark Problems

Hello everyone,
I'm new here. I'm hoping someone can help me with the problem I'm having.
Just got a 2008 R56 Cooper S N14 Engine (production date 12/2007) Car was in a minor accident with damage to the front driver side.
Steering wheel airbag was deployed. I'm trying to get it started and it will crank no problem but does not start.
I scanned for codes and I got the following: A0B3, 0904, A10A, 2C9E, 9CAB, A86E, 2982, 2983
Battery is charged and above 12v. All Fuses OK. Here's what I was able to diagnose:
Low Pressure Fuel Pump is not getting voltage from the JBE / SPEG. When I jump wire the pump it's working but still no start.
JBE connectors seem to be clean and without signs of water damage.
When I check for spark with the spark plug out and grounded I notice that for the first 5 seconds of cranking I get no spark and then it start's sparking.
I could smell gas in the cylinder so it looks like it's getting fuel but will not even catch once when cranking.
One of the codes that persists after clearing is for the intake camshaft position sensor. I swapped the sensor with the one from a working engine and still no start.
Also swapped some relays from a working engine and still nothing.
Crankshaft Position sensor seems to be working because tachometer needle moves slightly while cranking.
terminal 15 & 50 all get voltage when live checked with protools

Any help appreciated,
Max

sorry to hear man, I can't offer any help unfortunately.......I'm in a similar predicament, but just gave up had mine towed to the dealer to diagnose after swapping HPFP (twice) and LPFP + filter.

I think it may be SPEG JBE Junction / Fuse Box. Low pressure fuel pump relay (located inside JBE) is not sending voltage to fuel pump so it must be bad.
I'm also suspecting some water damage. Car sat for few weeks without battery cover. I don't see any corrosion on the connectors but it may have gotten wet.
I just ordered one, we'll see if that fixes the problem.
