OE High pressure fuel pump?

So dreaded hpfp issue finally came up to my 2012 cooper S with N18.
On cold start, engine runs rough and CEL is triggered with P15DF, which is 2BEE High pressure fuel, plausibility, cold start: Pressure too low.

While searching for a new pump, came across this pump from local FB market.
The owner claimed that this is a brand new OE pump from ECS tuning. He bought it in 2017, but never installed and sold his car. Doesn't have receipt.
By looks of it, does this look OE pump? Brand new or rebuilt?
There are a few engraved wordings I'm iffy about..

Personally, I’d be wary of buying a HPFP from a second hand source. Get a new PSA pump from FCP Euro or ECS and be done. You’ll get the warranty for peace of mind, too.

Based off those marking its looks to be our Genuine PSA one. Might have been installed, the only way to tell is if it smells like fuel. But no way to know if it really works unless installing/running?

Yeah. I wasn't really looking into the second hand either, but this one looks to be brand new and unused, and only paid $250.
The brand new pump is still stupidly expensive... :(

Thanks! Yes. I thought this would be the PSA one. Thank you!
I installed the pump last night and the car runs great now.

There is always a ONE that doesn't work.

I just had my second HPFP replace after only 20K miles on the one I replaced in 2019. This is crazy making. Three pumps in 90K miles, all OEM. This is my 3rd Mini Cooper. The second one I bought was ordered from the factory and ran like a champ with over 105K miles on it before it was totaled in a rockfall where we narrowly escaped. This 2008 replacement cooper that I found with 53K miles on it was well maintained but the engine is a POS. Several oil leaks, water pump, two HPFP, new valve covers, etc, etc... I just totaled what I've spend since 2019, over $7600 on just the engine. My girlfriend just got a new 2023 S hardtop. Lots of new technology, no dip stick for checking oil, no gauges to tell anything that the engine is doing. I'm hoping the engine is more reliable and long lasting...
