R56 inertia switch location?

I have MINI r56 2012, my car cranks but doesn’t start. No codes as well. We checked everything seems ok and my mechanic is suggesting to reset the Inertia switch or fuel cut-off.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t locate it. Can anyone confirm if r56 has one like the r53 ?
Or other option to reset it through scan tool?

If I was in your position I would go back to basics and confirm positively that the combustion chambers have the required air, fuel, compression and spark. Also, my 2012 Cooper S does not have the inertia switch. If you remove the fuel pump fuse and substitute an ammeter for the fuse does the pump draw current when you crank the engine?
14.1 The inertia fuel cut-off switch is located in the left-rear corner of the engine compartment (on models so equipped)
