Want to confirm dates on an engine I got. (N18)

Does anyone know where to look for the date on the head?

I found a few on the block that appears to indicate march of '22. There is also a clean Made in Germany sticker on it. So assuming dealer purchased short block at least.

It is was suspiciously clean in the pictures and got more suspicious when I received it. The accessories are all dated '10 it was out of an '11 model.

Trying to figure out if the head was just refurb (suspect so) but would like to see if I can figure out from when.

Will say the cam lobe I can see through the oil fill has weird wear/grinding pattern on it. But no varnishing at all. pure clean silver in there. Might take the Valve cover off to look more before I install it, have a gasket kit already.

The HPFP seems to be from 2018, so likely a warranty claim.

Turbo looks like it might be original. But if someone knows the date stamp on those, I'd like to confirm, have a rebuilt core I would want to swap in if it is. (After looking again there does appear to be a date on the vacuum valve body for Aug '10)

will post pictures of anything tomorrow or over the weekend, there are a couple other things I would like to run by people that look possibly concerning to me.

What year and mileage is your car?

Let's see a picture of the motor and it can be identified pretty quick if it's an N18 or N14. What do you hope to accomplish by knowing if it's an N18 or not.

What's the issue you are having?

I do realize I left out that I bought the engine used, separated from a car.

I know it's an N18.

What I am trying to determine if it is a remanufactured or new head assembly from MINI. The bottom end or at least the block appears to be from March of 2022. So I was trying to figure out if they bought a full new long block assembly or just the short block and went with a remanufactured head.

None of this seemed to be known by the place that sold it.

EDIT: The concerns I had with it, is that there appears to be some signs of some coolant leaking out from behind the thermostat housing where the plastic pipe goes in. The other one is a weird grind pattern on the cam lobe. I can't tell if its a weird machining pattern, or if its a used cam that has been cleaned up, which is why I might take the valve cover off to see if the other lobes are the same.
