Just for fun, I shorted the concept car to see what a Mini Cooper "COULD" look like. Obviously, there will be lots of design changes and differences for the real cooper.

I think it is still too long, The 07 is only 2 inches longer.

Get a current MCS at the same angle. superimpose it and make your 07 the same length and I think you will have a good photoshop of an 07

 

I think it looks decent, although shorter would be better!

If anyone wants a fairly accurate representation of what the '07 MINI will look like, take a picture of the current '02-'06 MINI and photoshop that new front end onto it.

But w/o the bonnet scoop, I believe. the intercooler on the turbo'ed Prince engine is located underneath, next to the lower grill intake.

IMO the exterior changes are OK but the jury' still out on that interior. I do like the body color-coded gauges tho, just like a friend's 05 GTO. Jimbo
