Hey,
i thought I saw a British Racing Green/Black Top version but I didn't know quite what it was untill it passed me. What threw me off was the front face...I'm used to looking for that familiar grill. That and it has fewer elements (lights are combined). This too was in Northern NJ, about a mile from HQ

Late last week, I too saw the new MINI. I didn't recognize it until is passing me because the front face is different. I'm used to looking for that familiar grill. Also, there are fewer elements on the front so it's not quite the same. It was getting dark and the color seemed to be British Racing Green/Black top. I could be wrong on the color.
It was about a mile from MINI hq

MINI was filming a commercial in my neighboring town the other day. I read about it in the local newspaper. The paper was able to show the actors and crew but not the actual "star". Oh well.
But do we really need a TV commercial? One of the things I like about MINI is that they don't hit you over the head with these things every 8 minutes.
