Looking for Sparkling Silver

I have been trying for two days to find a picture of a Sparkling Silver R56 with a black roof. I have seen several pictures from European launch events, but now when I need one to show my wife I can't find one. I was hoping to show my wife the difference between the dark silver and sparkling silver from a real photo not the configurator.

I am having a hard time deciding between dark slver with a black top and black strip or sparkling silver with a black roof and no strips with the tuscan beige interior.

If anyone can point me in the direction of a pic of the sparkling silver I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

The configurator on miniusa.com allows you to select that color when building your future car.

I'm sure there are better pics of that color combo, but this is the only one I know of right off the bat:

fjork_duf,

Thanks for the help. This looks much better than the color rendered on the configurator.

Sparkling silver doesn't look too bad. Does anyone have a picture of the pepper white w/ black top?

Color names

Ah, silly me. I see the pics now. This new color looks sorta "champagne" to my eyes. Not bad.

I thought they offered Dark Silver and Pure Silver.

I have something called Audi Alu Silver on a vehicle, and it hasn't worn that well with me as far as appearance. Too "metal flake" even though it's extremely downplayed.
I've seen a Mini around here that is all over Pure Silver, and it has a very elegant look.
Me, I'm still going with Pepper White all over, then add my own touches to make it unique as I go along. Or leave it alone and be "Mister Boring" with the heavy foot.

If you go on Google.com and click on IMAGES then type in MINI COOPER PEPPER WHITE you'll find a bunch of pictures of that color combo fast.

Gotta say that the sparkling silver looks much better in real life than in any pics of it I have seen. IMHO it does need the black roof and mirror caps though.

Thanks for that observation on the SS/B R56MCS. I've had my reservations on the pics I have seen too, and was contemplating switching to the Pure Silver. I think I'll stay with Sparkling Silver for now.

I didn't really consider SS as it looked like metallic beige, however one of the launch cars at my dealer was a SS with black roof and red lounge leather seats, looked awesome.

Does it look a bit golden? Seems to have a golden/champagne tinge to it. Very nice-looking!

Champagne more than gold, it does need a different colour roof and mirrors though, all SS might look hideous.
