When the oil is up to temp (~90C). If you have an oil temp gauge, it's easy to tell. Otherwise, it can take 5-15 minutes to fully warm up (crom full cold) depending on conditions. I have the OEM oil temp gauge, and I'm amazed at how long it takes to fully warm up in some instances.
