Looks like you have a drop similar to mine. Are you rubbing at all? What are your tire and wheel specs?
There was just a very small amount of rubbing with the stock rims and tires for winter. The wheels are 16x7 rota RB with Hankook Ventrus RS-2 205/45-16.
This sounds like a good idea. But, it would seem best to remove the wheel from the car to accomplish this task the easiest. Two questions: For those that have waxed the wheels; How long does it take to do all four wheels? And Two: How often do you have to wax them?

i used to detail cars regularly, and actually recommend turtle wax on wheels. Any carnuba will do. Never used that wheel wax brand, but the turtle wax holds up very well with the hot brake dust compared to a lot of the polymer waxes out there.
Only issue with using carnuba, it doesn't hold up well to washing. I'd wax them every time you wash.
If you can take the tires off, it is beneficial to get the inside, however I've found that the average person doesn't really care.
Just doing the outside part of a wheel shouldn't take you more then 15 mins, for all 4, assuming the wheels are already washed. it's WELL worth it next time you have to try and brush all that brake dust off.
