will do. just trying to find the funds, since I want to do a swaybar and maybe control arms at the same time.
also got a new trim color in the works, just tested it out on the cooper s badges that i took off and it's looking awesome. I may be doing all of the trim and getting rid of the black, we'll see.
ya, looks like you could take that MINI offroading. Might just be the lighting in the first pic though. nice wheels.
I may be in the minority but I like the look of more rubber. It reminds me of older sports cars and before the larger/low profile tires became the hot thing.
They're 195/65/15 Bridgestone Ecopia They turn 833 revs per mile according to Tire Rack. Stock does 856 revs IIRC. So they go 2 3/4% farther, which makes my speedo almost dead on. Before my speedo said 68-69 when I was going 65.
I think the taller tires go well with the Mini. With them and the standard grille, kinda looks like a sleeper. Only the scoop and side markers give it away.
Ladies and gentlemen, after wanting a mini since they were first released in America, I would like to introduce you to my new mini named "Nigel" that I just picked up:
(Many thanks to those who helped me distinguish the Garmin mount that was pre-wired into this Mini. I picked up a Nuvi 360 on the cheap which is perfect for me for both nav and bluetooth...thanks!)
Thanks all for the kind words, everyone.
Had my local mini dealer install the iPod interface and factory alarm and Nigel is all set. I'm digging this ride big time.
