Thanks a lot Adam.
It is all done with PlastiDip under the original purpose of protection. I found some rock chips in the lower bumper area and on the main center area. I chose to PlastiDip them to clean it up and ended up really liking the result.
Tips for others:
If anyone plans to do this tape it off and remove the tape while the PlastiDip is wet otherwise it bonds the tape to the bumper and rips. For extra coats just retape and remove once wet again. I did one very heavy coat and two thinner coats. The first coat was so heavy it started to run and i had to use a credit card to keep the lines not filled in. Dont be afraid to smudge the plasti totally off to remove problem areas, two coats of plasti are thick enough to fill in all the spots.
Lyles actually makes one but it's for the JCW or so it say's here's the pic they have on their site for it....... I'm sure that you could use it for any model if you want to. The PlastiDip does sound like a good idea though..... hmmmmm PlastiDip your whole car????? lol jk.
I love the type M's.... if they weren't double the price of my Feather's I definitely would have them.
