@ADAMSALTAMINI: I love the yellow fog light on your r56.. did you bought a yellow cover or did u tint it?

 

I used a yellow foglamp spray. The film can be tricky on those lenses. Plus you can control the amount of yellow you get. Thanks for the compliment!

 

Adam, nice cars ...hey how did you get the same plate for both cars?

 

Well I cheated a bit at one point, but the blue car got sold and I kept the white JCW. So the plate is currently on the White car.

Tony I would leave it alone looks great. gives you a break in the colors. I love my red lip on mine. Here's what she looks like now. A little GP'ish but I like how it turned out.

Adam you really need to spray tint the side reflectors. lol.

..next on the list is lowering ..trying to decide between springs or coil-overs.
need to research the pros/cons of each.

also an exhaust is up there somewhere on my list.

 

I went with the TSW springs and have no regrets about it. The ride and handling is greatly improved. Other springs might go lower however the handling can be an issue especially if you ever are considering putting your car on the track.

 

HEY, where'd you get those CF scuttles? Those are cool! Your MINI's not bad either.

The scuttles are wrapped in CF vinyl (so not realy CF). I had them done at by Lyle of Lyle's Vinyles ...send me a PM and i'll give his contact info ..yet I think I've seen his services advertised on NAM. I also had him do a very light tint on my side markers, -just to take some of the bright white away.

I am kind of thinking of tinting my fog lights yellow? -I may photoshop it first and see how I like.

...to be honest, I've been doing more mod's on my Porsche lately ...and been into R/C cars so the MINI hasn't had highest priority in the past couple months in terms of new goodies.
