Hard to tell but I painted the inner barrels blue. Subtle effect but more noticeable than I expected, I was worried it'd just look black in the shadows but came out nicely (unless you were to look closely and see how bad a job I did painting them). Anyway it matches my interior color line and blue mirror caps which I'm currently in the process of repainting.
...and the ones there are the first set I tried repainting but botched horribly with a bad spray can. Couldn't decide on a design or color so went with chalkboard paint instead. Just got a can and did a messy job painting by brush but eh, it's more for fun than anything.
I've always been a fan of Chili Red I also put on the black line trim. Makes the headlights and front grille look much better! Goes great with a black roof

Best part about the trim is it's plasti dip same with the wheels. Im a cheap bastard always looking for the cheap but efficient route.

You'll get no gruff from me about Plasti-Dip! I'm a big Plasti-Dip advocate. A lot of people like to troll about it, but if done with the right tools and technique it looks great! I did my roof glass black with Plasti-Dip. I used the sprayer they sell at DipYourCar.com and it looks great!
First time poster, longtime peruser but I figured here is where I should post a couple of pictures of my Mini. Bought it about a 1 1/2 years ago as a birthday present for myself, it's an 09 Justa with a 6-spd manual. Last weekend I upgraded the rims from the stock 15's to the 7-spoke R94 16's and just love the look & stance of the car now. The first pic is just after I bought it and the last two are after I added the new rims/tires and some personal touches. Since I've bought it I can honestly say that this has been the best 1 1/2 years of my 40 years of driving a vehicle. Even though it's only a Justa, it still can get up and go and still get great gas mileage, was getting 45/47 mpg's with the 15's so I'm expecting just a bit lower with the 16's, anyway I've learned a lot from reading everyone's post and look forward to learning.

I really like that blue. That color combo is nice. Maybe I'll see you around, I'll keep an eye out.

I like switching between the 3 pictures in these shots! It's like playing "Find the Difference". I can see the window sticker, Union Jack mirror cover, front grille badge, side decal, an the chrome scuttle! (wheels too of course)
