Is that the carbon fiber lift handle you have on the back?
I actually ended up picking up the wing from Morristown Mini and paid $600 shipped for it. I have no problems at all with how sturdy it is. It seems just fine so far. And yes, that is the JCW carbon fiber boot handle

Thanks for the compliments! The wheels are 17x7.5 SSR Type C RS Anthracite and the tires are 215/45ZR-17 Goodyear Eagle F1 All Season XL. The car is Sparkling Silver with carbon fiber or vinyl blackout on most parts with Wurth Trim paint on the door handles. Aesthetic Creations sidelight vinyl sticker. The tires and wheels made a huge difference in handling and surprised me. They are very light.

Hey - I guessed right. I have my eyes on the same wheels. A question for you - did you need centering rings to get the wheels to sit properly on the hubs?

Looks like retirement is going to be a blast. How do you decide between the MINI and the Glide? They probably get about the same mileage (the MINI might even get a little more, and probably costs less too, except for the LL seats).

I picked up "Junior" about a month ago. My first MINI. I absolutely LOVE this car! Here he is next to his Papa that he hopes to outrun someday.

Junior looks like an SUV next to Papa! As much as I like my MINI, I don't see how you can be impressed with it after driving a Lamborghini?? But then again, I've never driven a Lamborghini so I shouldn't speak!

I'd be smiling ear to ear knowing I was getting twice the mileage at a fraction of the cost keeping up with such an exotic car. Keep the Lambo and give me a 'sleeper' MINI...

Not to mention the utility of the MINI, and maintenance costs. Maybe if I lived next to the Autobahn, I wouldn't mind taking one for a spin. But it''s MINI that floats MY boat.

By no means am I arguing with you, I agree! But if aomeone can afford a Lamborghini, they probably aren't too concerned about maintenance and fuel costs.

If it ever stops raining long enough to the wash the car and have some nice sun for pictures, I'll post pics of my new hot-rod!

Never debated with a paint color... Are you arguing for or against?

If I was picking one, I'd definitely go PW (and $450 in my pocket)...

I love my PW/B. It's stunning, and very bright and cheery, and really stands out!

On the flip side, OB is an exclusive color that isn't going to be available long. PW will always be a standard color.

That being said, PW is downright sexy.

Obviously I'm biased, but while nice, OB is just too bright and a bit girly for me. Although I must say, if you're going to go OB, the white roof ties in with it VERY nicely. . Also, many consider PW to be a 'gay' color so I guess you're damned regardless.
