^^ +1. Finding mesh wheels that look that good and have such a big lip is not easy.

Picked up new MINI last Friday and spent the afternoon driving along backroads, stopping at Oak Alley plantation. What a pleasure it is to drive this car---hugs curves and goes fast!

PW/B MCS m, LSD, DSC, Gotham Gray w Piano black, & sun roof.

I have had this just one week - loving it - what a drive!

Named Winney - the car reminds me of Winston Churchill

So many great pics out there! Love those MINIs ...

She's a beauty, what a classic color. My first new sports car was a '76 Triumph TR6 in BRG. I'll always have a soft spot for that color. The MINI really looks elegant all dressed up in BRG/B. Nice choice.

1750 miles ... must have been a great month

I just broke 500 miles with my MCS.. can't wait for the 1200-mile moment when I can really wind her up and see what the Works kit can do.

Hi locogrongo.... There it is! BRG + tan interior + wood trim ... right out of the Triumph factory! That is so classic! Nice!

Karthi, I see you have the JCW tune kit. Considering it myself. What's your take on it? Did your mini come with it, or did you have installed later? Curious about before and after. Yay BRG!!!

How are you guys or gals posting the big pics. When I try to download big pics, the attachment manager won't allow it.

you need to use an outside source like photobucket.com

then, once you upload it there, you copy the line the has the IMG code in it and paste it into your post

just dont post them up too big...i used to do that but it makes the pages soooo slow for everyone else, so just reduce them to about 900 width before you upload them

Had it installed afterwards, about 3 weeks after delivery, but included it as part of the initial sale (and was able to negotiate the price of it down).

I'm not the most car-mod-savvy person, but overally, I have been pleasantly happy with it. It definitely smooths out the acceleration in the lower gears, has a very nice sound (a little louder and raspy-er than before) and definitely gives a little more torque and speed in the upper gears/rpms. Probably get better bang for the buck with aftermarket, but I personally didn't want to spend the time/effort to try something I didn't feel 100% comfortable installing.
I will be changing the tires and wheels in a little bit, though.

I saw those rims at the LA Auto Show. They are really beautiful.

Celica, nice car.

Are tints like that still legal in the US?

Chrome looks good, I would not go for more black.

I say go for the black...i did and I love the way it came out i simply popped the pieces off and used automotive primer, then plastic paint, and the then a thick clear coat...have had it about a month and a half and it holds up AMAZING...no cracks, no dents

Silly chili reds.

James Coney Island sells chili regionally.

If you can't read the (unrelated) restaurant parking sign clearly in the second thumbnail, it's larger in the third one.
