I live in Fort Wright, Ky - right across the river from Cincinnati.
The picture on my sig is the only one I've taken so far. I know it's terrible but I've been too busy driving to stop for photos. I promise some on the next couple weeks.
I heard that they found Bigfoot...and it was really just a mass collection of Lint! Bigfoot is really a very large Lint Ball that's been floating around the world on the whims of the winds. Once it gets to Nepal, it starts to collect snow...Abominable Snowman...hence...a very simple explanation!
There was a new guy at work who was obsessed with Bigfoot and his variations around the world. He really believed that stuff (and a lot of other crazy political/lifestyle things I won't mention). He got canned in 2 months.
Here are a couple of pictures of my Nightfire Red. This is a very interesting color. From my perspective it looks better when it is cloudy than when the sun is shining, more red and less orange.
I finally got to drive the Mini. Wow, this is even more fun that I thought it'd be. Now, the main problem will be to keep the car not too much above the speed limit. I was quite impressed by the brakes too. As for the tires, the 15" 175 handle quite well. I can't imagine how much more grip I'd have with the 17". We can't wait for the break in period to be over.

That's a good looking NFR Mini! Is that a factory bike rack? NFR is a bit of a chameleon color. I think it is a very cool color.

I had a difficult time keeping the engine under 4500RPM during breakin, but I managed it. It is a fun car!

Yes, I had the dealer install it for me so that I could ride my bike to the dealer when I picked up the MINI. I'll tell you though, that it isn't easy to get the bike up there without scratching up the car, unless you have a helper.
Your MINI looks great, I really like the black roof and side mirrors. I agonized a long time before deciding on the white, and continue to vacilate, although I've come to the conclusion that NFR looks equally good with white and black.

I would imagine that it would be tough to do by yourself. Maybe stash an old blanket in the boot to cover the roof panel when mounting/removing the bike?
Thanks for the comment about Romi. She r teh seksie! I worried about the black roof being too hot here in Texas, but the A/C keeps up just fine. Now if it only did not show every frakin particle of dust in the world, it would be peachy-keen!
I almost did not order NFR at all, as I was sort of looking for an easy to care for color. Our Lexus is almost the exact same color as Romi. When they are cleaned and all waxed up, they are beautiful, but they quickly get dirty.
We have construction goin on all the tim on our area. It started about 11 years ago and has not stopped. So there is always a ton of dust in the air. Everything gets a coat of it.
I've resigned myself to keeping Bubbles dirty! It's much easier keeping him dirty than clean!
dewayneg...being general secretary, I need some particulars for the NFR database. Car's name, transmission, packages and any options? What did you get?
Zorg....wait until after break in...the computer then lets you a little more loose and the car changes performance and handling! Weeeee...I've only got 4 speeding tickets since June!
