I'm taking CARJOY out on a fun run tomorrow that I'm really looking forward to driving. It is not a club event because it is too technical for a crowd like we normally have. Lots of curves, ups/downs, hairpins. Fun!!

PPPPPTTTT!!! I'm jealous....

My wife's making me go to a wedding this evening and "Chicago" tomorrow. My idea of a great musical is the South Park movie but I'll cowboy up and go to keep her happy.

Ok...we got 3 inches of snow yesterday, the wind is blowing at 35 mph, and the temp fell back down to -20....now that's fun driving!

You're livin' a good life out there. A wild time at my house is when we mix bourbon with the Ensure.

A wild night here involves breaking out the whip cream. For the angel food cake while watching a DVD, what are you thinking!?!

Oh yea! I see the fun in that all right! Aren't you glad the MINI doesn't ding constantly at 37F and below!! When you do get to see spring? June? July?

Shhhh! If they ever found out how great it is here, they might want to relocate. They need to believe it's always hot, miserable and dusty. Tell 'em it's full of fireants and unfriendly natives. Lord knows how crowded it would be if we told everyone about Shiner Bock or Jerry Jeff...

Well....ummmmm......er......

I would suggest the same badge, only with a maple leaf on one side and the checkered flag on the other.

I didn't invent the idea- the Vikings did with the whole Greenland/Iceland thing.

Well, I feel like a jerk now. I did some internet checking and I'm sorry Ma'am, I didn't mean to be insensitive to your house arrest situation. Of course you can't move.

I went to my local dealership last night, first time since fall, and they had 12 2008s' including 3 Clubmans. One of them, NFR with silver roof. I didn't like any of the Clubmen...not my cup o tea! Any other opinions?

I think it will sell. The potentail shopper may be Goldilocks. The MINI is too small-An SUV or wagon is too big- The Clubman could be just right. It's much prettier than Element or Scion.
I think an S with an auto could potentially lure my wife away from her CX7- already a turbo and nice but real world mileage is a little low- Clubamn could be a good choice. I paid $3.29 a gallon this morning. It's my understanding that there's no NFR on any S. It'll be worth a look. My $.02

Announcing the arrival of Randolph Wadsworth Cooper. Just picked up today and driven home with the top down in 45 degree weather. This is a quickie taken at the dealer with cell phone camera.

I have yet to see a clubman up close and personal so I do have anything to add. I can see the advantages of the suicide door but wish it was on the driver's side. I do not like how the stripeing is on the car.... I would have that removed and redone.

And Welcome Randolph Wadsworth Cooper! What a handsome car!!!!

Such a beautiful car...I love seeing the NFR on the older style converts! I'd get one in a NY minute if they were available in Canada...but you can't get a NFR convert in Canada! BELIEVE IT OR NOT!

They probably figured it is never warm enough to have the top down so why bother....
