If your Mini is on Figaro, it seems to me that you can use the following link to track where Figaro is on a daily basis.

I'm on the Otello, departing 3/23, but that's not going to Charleston. Seems like you're about one day behind me, so maybe you'll get on the Courage, which is departing one day later, 3/24, and *is* going to Charleston.

Well, my ship (Otello) departed today, apparently with a total of 211 MINIs on board. Its call sign is SBLW, but that doesn't seem to be showing up on the sailwx.info site, so I guess I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed until April first and hope it shows up in the NY/NJ port on time.

Sonfield--I've been at the port since early in the week. There really haven't been any ships coming to Charleston since then. Not showing on the WW site, yet. The COURAGE only arrived today and will depart later today, so there is a good chance we will make that ship. If not, K-Line's FRISIA is in port tomorrow. There is not another WW ship until the 31st. Hold tight---if we don't get on the COURAGE, then we can worry. (Where are you headed?)

Yes, I would think you are going into Charleston! Rationally, you will have yours before I have mine, since mine will be trucked practically the length of Florida. But this is the MINI experience and who knows who will get theirs first. I guess the time in the VDC is up for grabs. Keep checking the Port of Charleston for their "expected ships" (http://www.port-of-charleston.com/vessel_schedule.asp). There are other ships that come in with vehicles. IF we miss the COURAGE and get on the FRISIA, FRISIA comes in first (by 2 days), but we won't be able to track it. (The COURAGE makes stops in NY and Baltimore, but FRISIA only stops in Baltimore.)
Let's look at it this way---by this time next month we'll have our Sparkling Silver cars! (OR we won't and we'll be super upset.)

FRISIA left the berth about 30 minutes ago and is headed out of the port (12:30-BST) . If she's on there--who knows? Guess it is time to start calling ASK MINI again and talk to real people.
If our Charleston bound cars are on FRISIA, they should arrive in Charleston April 5th. Here's a link showing ship pictures/details:

Now Otello (call sign SBLW) is showing up on sailwx.info, making steady progress westward toward Halifax. Is anyone else here on Otello? There are supposedly 210 MINIs on board, in addition to my SS/B.
I'm feeling bad for you Port of Charleston folks...not having tracking information is torture.

I need some help tracking my car. Ask Mini indicates it's in transit, however when I go to the following link: http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/searchCargo.do
and enter my VIN number it doesn't recognize the number.
Any suggestions?

Been out of town for a few days. (Nice break--it was an attempt to regain some perspective--Disney style.) OL says I'm "enroute". Must be the FRISIA. Figures we get the ship you cannot track. Also appears the arrival date of the FRISIA has slipped to April 6. (http://www.port-of-charleston.com/vessel_schedule.asp)
They will be here when they get here, eh?
