A rock w/bagpipe rendition of Scotland the Brave
followed by Spiderbait's Black Betty
chased by Jimi Hendrix doing Voodoo Chile, Slight Return
topped off by AC/DC's timeless classic, It's A Long Way to the Top if you Wanna Rock-N-Roll
I love a lot of heavy, hard rock brit stuff, so I'm making a Mini mix for my first trip which will include some of, if not all of the following:
Judas Priest - Turbo Lover, Heading Out to The Highway, Breaking the Law, Freewheel Burning, Hell Bent for Leather, Desert Plains, Riding on the Wind, Rock Hard Ride Free, Reckless
Black Sabbath - Supernaut
The Who - The Seeker, Magic Bus
Queen - Headlong, I Want to Break Free, Flash's Theme
Deep Purple - Highway Star, Space Truckin'
Billy Idol - Speed, Blue Highway
AC/DC - Jailbreak, Ride On, Live Wire, Chase the Ace, Highway to Hell, Heatseeker, Gone Shootin
I thought about this a lot and even posted the same question in a thread. My final choice was someone else's suggestion, and I still listen to it almost daily:
Ready, Steady, Go
Paul Oakenfold
Album: Bunkka
(music behind the classic Mini chase scene in The Bourne Identity)
Mike - that's a killin choice. Nice work. You must be among the hippest people in San Diego.
LOL I don't know many people in thier mid 30s that like artists such as Louis Armstrong, Bobby Darrin, Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and the like so I don't know how "hip" I can be I just dig the old Standards sometimes

I'm in my mid30s, too. I have a kid named after Ella Fitzgerald and plenty of Louis and Sinatra on my iPod. At least we can pretend we're hip, instead of in our 80s.
