In fact, if you miss the Freedom and get on the Toledo (sailing on the 8th) instead, that ship is supposed to get to NY on the same day and to Charleston one day earlier. Holy Toledo!

Waitlisted!? Yikes, for your MINI that's worse than being waitlisted anywhere else. Luckily there are other ships this weekend...

When you do a search on WW you have to put in all "UPPER CASE" numbers(EB714-FRE) this is the call sign.!!

There is no direct route to Jacksonvile Port, Your car will probably be on the FREEDOM to be delivered at Brunswick . Georgia. good luck.. No--Probably your dealer gets his autos through Charlston SC. You may be on the Freedom.

Yes, this is definitely the voyage number, not the call sign. When you click on "EB714-FRE" in the tracking screen, it takes you to a screen that tracks the particular voyage and is clear that the number is a voyage number.
But, you can search all the possible "Freedom" ships in the sailwx database, unfortunately, that comes up with a lot of possibilities. It is likely that our Freedom is named like the other WW ships... having an MV before the name... but that only turns up two ships in sailwx, neither of whom have any data related to them recently...
Maybe we should try the visual tracker of the Southampton port and see if we can spot a Freedom?
{EDIT}...ooh I did, but to no avail, there's nothing resembling our ship on the visual tracker either. but...
On this site it specifies that our Freedom will arrive on the 6th in the early morning around 5 and depart at 6pm...

[hopefully this is the same boat...]
My MINI too was aboard the FREEDOM bound for the USA back in February, 2006. I know EXACTLY how everyone here feels.
FREEDOM is a BIG RoRo Boat!
I've got a great webpage with loads more photos of the FREEDOM and more. over here, scroll down >> FREEDOM leaving the Port of Southhampton, UK, MINIs loading RoRo, port photos.
