Welcome to the Insanity - which is what people will think you are, walking around with a constant smile on your face My Laser Blue makes me smile just walking up to it........"oh yeah, that's MY ride" Nice color selection.
For Mod's, I'ld suggest tightening the NUT behind the wheel first (teehee). Then brakes. Cuz ain't no sense in going faster, if you cannot STOP
Thanks Tallman and Darth, appreciate the warm welcome! I will get some nicer pics up once I get him and give him a nice clean. Can't wait to contribute to the forums :D.
Posted an intro some time back, but did not have a good picture of Merlin to show and receive membership in the club!
Laser blue metallic has been my choice from the start, but when I checked the MINI Configurator last summer, laser blue metallic was (to the best of my memory) only available in the MINI Hardtop S. By fall and introduction of the 2012 models, the color was available in the non-S. Now that the color is being discontinued at the end of February, 2012, it seems as if there are not going to be a large number of non-S Hardtops rolling around "out there." Interesting, or am I missing something?
Again, a shout-out to all the laser blue metallic owners, you all have mighty nice looking MINI's!

I am actually so sad that I quickly headed to the nearest Mini dealership and checked out all the "other" colors there..... My plan was to order a Laser Blue but I guess that part of the plan will have to change... Oh well
Two more laser blue metallic MINI's on a drive we took this fall to the covered bridge in Phillipi, W.Va. The site of the first land battle of the Civil War.
I can't believe I missed this thread. Here is a photo of my wife's laser blue Mini when we bought it new back in 2007.
