i did. Although i think the MINI should be a bright fun color, i dont know if i could drive a yellow car for the next several years. It was tough because the Yellow is non metallic and therefore has no price increase. I ended up the laser blue because ultimately i think it just looks the best!

where did you get the laser blue strip?

 

From the dealer. It's actually metallic! I just asked for sport stripes installed and they 3rd partied it, but I think they used Mini parts.

 

I got my LBM MINI in August--I've gotten a lot of compliments on the color, from guys and girls alike, and I love how bright it is! It really stands out among all the reds/whites/blacks/navys driving around on the road.

A friend of mine recently bought a Mini and told me about this forum........wish I had seen this before ordering my Mini...not that I have any regrets.....just so I would have made a more informed decision wtr the options....

I have a MCSa 2007 that I ordered sometime in April. I got it on June 22nd....and have loved every ride in it ever since....

My Mini is a Laser blue too.....i hadn't seen one in this color until I actually got mine....when I did see mine..I was thrilled...it was perfect..it still is

 

I finally got out to take some pics today. It's been 2 weeks, and I think I've washed it three times already. Today was the first time the weather was warm enough to get out of the car and pose it, although I didn't get too picky as my hands were freezing.

The other day was gray and foggy here. I noticed I was surrounded on the street by gray and black anonymous-looking cars. Toyota something. Nissan something. I'm sure the colors were all sold in colors called "Platinum" or Silver or Bright Argenta or some marketer's mojo. But... Yuck.

My Laser Blue and white beauty was what really lit up the street that day. Your MC is a car with a lot of personality. Give it a color to match. Chili Red is hot. Lightning Blue is cool. Mellow Yellow is nice (but a step down from the old yellow). Laser Blue is the one to go with.
