I don't have a Laser Blue but it will always have a special place in my heart. I bought my Mini off the lot and always wanted LB but the AB was the only 07 left. Hopefully one day.

 

I was in for service yesterday and the sales guy told me Laser Blue with white roofs are rare . Is that true ?

Wow! That is really sharp. Did you paint the arches yourself? I was thinking about ordering a second set and having them painted.

Nice landscape around there ... you guys are making me way too curious about California. Northeastern winters keep the MINI in the garage way too long. Of course, mere mortals can't afford homes out there, so...

 

Those are really great rims and the body color wheel arches actually make the car look bigger!!

 

I love the look of the painted arches! I wonder why MINI doesn't offer that option....

 

The painted arches definitely set it off. We had gotten ours off the lot with the hyper sport package, where everything was body color except the arches, and it just looked awful. How MINI could let that slide I don't understand. I got the arches pre-painted from Way Motor Works and installed them myself.

I had mine painted as well. However, the aero kit starting for next year will come with painted arches now. Why not sooner? Who knows.

Stripes arrived today for my R56, after hearing the outrageous price asked by another party to put them on, I figured, "Heck!! I can do this!!" It took about 2 hours and came out great!! From Aesthetic Creations....

Hi, I have ordered a LB/W, but will only arrive in early June...hm...still long way to wait......Anyone could show how your interior look like? What's your choice for interior option?

 

Are there 2 different shades of blue that are categorized as laser blue? I've seen the really dark blue (obviously not laser blue), a medium bright blue, and a really light bright blue. I'm kind of confused.

 

The color in this thread is like a "medium" blue
Electric blue and Cool blue are on the light side
Hyper blue and Lightening blue (oh, and Indi blue) are on the dark side.

Laser blue is where it's at!!

Here's a close up of the material from MOT last year. A small accident with a tree limb during a storm...and they original ones had to be taken off.

 

Nice! The stripes look wonderful! How hard was it to do them yourself? Did you have to eyeball it to make them straight or measure precisely? I'm maybe thinking of getting boot stripes...

 

I'm getting Laser Blue, I'm just not sure exactly what that color is anymore ha ha. So this is the "medium" color that people have pictured right?!
