I aw awful! I pulled the trigger and ordered my second mini, '12 JCW coupe. I feel for my wife as I have been obsessing over this car for months now. My poor '10 Camden, which I love, will no longer cut it for me.

Well my R58 JCW was built today now I'm waiting for it to get loaded on

a ship to Baltimore, can't wait!! Here are the details:

Unless MINI USA has changed things since we ordered our MCS Coupe, you can't get black Challenge Spokes on a non-JCW Coupe (unless maybe you buy them separate, but that would kind of defeat the purpose of getting them with the JCW Pack).

 

Checked with my MA today and my coupe is on the Turandot vessel through WW Cargo. Tracked it with my VIN and it was loaded yesterday and is expected to arrive in New York on January 25. The wait is almost over!

Thanks for this info. I just recently got the same message. Production number was for a completely different color than what we ordered.

Well folks. My MINI has arrived. I picked it up on Saturday. I have included a picture here. I love it! So fun to drive. Playing with the mini connect. So many features. Still haven't come up with a name yet.

 

Beautiful!!! I've never had so much fun driving a car.

 

Looks great shining in the sun and that interior is sharp! Enjoy.

Greetings to my fellow coupe owners.....I took delivery of my first MINI one month ago. It had just arrived at the dealership, and I bought it over the telephone. I've owned many, many different brands of cars through the years but never a MINI. I was intrigued by the design of the coupe the first time I saw a picture of it and so far have been very impressed by the handling and quality. I'm not a huge fan of a manual transmission but have to say this is one of the smoothest shifting that I have ever owned. This is what I have:
