Its a shame you guys are not nearby I'd love to get yours and some more coupes/roadsters together to do a colourful multicar night shot.

Hi Chris,

Nothing difficult about running the spacers, except do it right and order the correct length lug bolts for them.

I agree, would be cool to get a shoot together...and sample some of those terrific roads I saw in your photos

Hi!
Ordered my first MINI on Janurary 9th (specs in my siggy)! I've named her FlewTheCoupe because my test drive definitely felt more like flying than driving. I also added as much info as I know to the spreadsheet. Will update after I get a production date next week.
Impatient, but happy to have found NAM to aid in the waiting game and further my obsession with this unique and gorgeous vehicle.

Haven't seen too many out there in Reef Blue. Love anything navy-ish and in the sun it looks sparkly and amazing. Would have ordered PB or WS, but the challenge spoke wheel (that I HAD to have) wasn't availabe in black (anymore?). Definitely happy with my color choice, though it came at a few extra dollars.

Appreciate your posts and pics of your babies! May be looking for some help/info on mods and accessories in the future.

Thanks and enjoy!
Kim

I live in Baltimore too, and just bought a new 2012 JCW Coupe from the Annapolis dealership. They gave me a too-good-to-be-true deal on this Eclipse Grey they had on hand, and so I traded in my '07 MCS.

Wow...I test drove that car and it is sweet! (Not to worry; I was very gentle with it. ) The deal I was offered in December was really tempting but I turned it down for two reasons. I wanted a manual and I thought the JCW was a bit too much power for my needs. On the other hand, I'm still waiting for my Coupe and you are on the road! Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

LOL. Actually, mine must be a different one because it's manual. Has the Chili Red trim inside, leather dash, leatherette seats, and the HK sound. Loving it so far. Hour drive each way from north of Baltimore to Annapolis where I work, so I was determined to make the best of the drive.

You'll like the feel of your Coupe....here's wishing winds behind the sails of your delivery.

Honestly, I didn't think that was possible.

I have the JCW Coupe and the horsepower is mostly wasted on me, I would have been happy with a Cooper Coupe.

MINI of Annapolis has a beautiful red 2012 JCW Coupe with black stripes, discounted about $4K below list. ($35.6K sticker; $31.6K price)

My Coupe is finished and waiting for transport. Can't wait...but guess I'll have to!

I looked at that one too. I ended up with mine because I liked the color a little better, liked the leatherette and leather dash over cloth/plastic and liked the better sound system. Otherwise the were close to the same car. I ended up getting more $ off on mine, although the MSRP was higher.

She's a standard poodle; they don't shed! But she does mark up windows with her nose and/or tongue.

Almost a twin with mine--no stripes--but you have cooler rims, but I also have 2 white cats! (But that's not why...)

Is that a Maryland plate? I'm in Baltimore.

Are you in the meetup group for C3M and/or interested in going on local drives?

(Question also for shaslers)

the Maryland MINI meetup group. Season's about to start up again I think--they don't drive in the winter. I'm assuming we'll see some drives planned coming up this month!

Finally had a chance to grab a pic of my JCW Coupé the other night. A friend of mine took this long exposure pic after dark.

Meet Nightwing...

My wife traded her Porsche Boxster for her JCW Coupe. After a few mods, looking good.
