-Add me to the list pls 2013 JCW, Im not really into giving cars names or maybe I should just call it "AWSOME"
I almost bought one that looked like yours. I held off to buy a GP and ended up ordering a coupe anyway. LOL. Be sure to join the Coupe Owners Group on Facebook. We do a lot of talk, tips and picture posting there.

Nope, plasti dip my good friend! I blacked out the car as soon as I got it last April and it still looks good even with the sun and rain. That stuff is awesome. I tried the handles which looked awesome but it didn't last. Peeled off in like 1 week because of the constant touching =(.
Just saved the money from not going with vinyl and put it towards a meth kit lol.
PlastiDip all the way!

Yea, just popped off the TL rings, HL rings, Grill surround and side scuttles.
A few coats will do the trick. I wash and wax the car like normal, no special treatment. Just don't wax or clay the plastidip...it'll peel right off haha.
One thing about it....when you dry the car the plasti looks a bit white-ish from the soap....a little bit of black wow that's used for the wheel arches will make it look nice and black again. Or any similar product.
I'll post pics of the pieces I did when I get the chance today.

Excuse the massacre of bugs...
This little cup handle was chrome but I plasti dipped it as well. Perfect for protecting the cars paint from scratches when people reach to open the door. It holding up surprisingly well considering you see scratch/scraps from people's fingernails...probably not visible in the pic.
