R58 2013 JCW Coupe With More Powerful 220 HP Engine
#26
I haven't really had the chance to push my JCW too hard. I'm still way under 500 miles, so still breaking it in. I haven't used Sport mode at all. But already this MINI has more than enough power for me. My other MINI is a first-generation JCW MINI Cooper with only ~130 hp.
The current engines have had some issues, but the next one will be untested. So it's a toss-up to know which will end up being better.
I really like my Black Star Bullet wheels and have gotten MANY positive comments on them. No regrets.

I don't think that 12 HP would persuede me to wait a year ( I still have the 2007 R56). I remember hearing that the 2013 MCS will be a total redesign, supposedly with a 3 cylinder engine. If that is true then the current R56 engine (released in 2011 for the 2012 model) would be a 1 hit wonder of sorts. Thoughts?
