Got coupe?!!

The Coupe is an absolute joy....so sexy and so composed. You'll each find out in your own way that you have made a fabulous choice. I have already validated that for myself. Hope you enjoy these few images.....will look forward to viewing the rest. The Coupe has landed!

Doggone west coast deliveries. They gotta figure out how to get these cars here quicker.

The windows aren't tinted. It was awesome to wake up and see the coupe sitting in my driveway. I'm anticipating this morning's "blast off".

Sweet! Your coupe looks fantastic. Blue/silver is a nice combo on the coupe.

A few additional images. Simply delighted with the many wonderful visual and practical aspects of this sport car. Crazy about the 'cockpit' sensation. Very pleased about the toffy and black presentation with English Oak. Lightning Blue/Silver contrast is stunning. It's a trip seeing the wing go up and down.....comfortable with the rear view. Boot is amazing for a two-seater. Storage just behind the seats is so convenient. Drives like a dream. I knew I'd like it, but this is ridiculous!

And a few more.....but it's awfully hard to get silver to look like silver.

More thoughts. Think I'll like rarely having to take the key out of my pocket, but for now it feels funny to unlock or start the car without one. Took a risk with the chrome line interior....but it's surprising how much I like it.....highlights the circles in the front panels, doors, etc. There is a secret compartment in the floor of the boot behind the seats....neat. This coupe experience is a blast!

The Coupe S I drove was quiet as a church mouse. When I let the car idle in neutral with the windows up all I could hear was the soft purr of the exhaust. I could not hear the engine and not even a vibration. Do you find the same thing in your Coupe??

I'm enjoying the frequent reports on your Coupe. Glad at least one of us is motoring around in one. Keep the observations coming.

Try taking a picture during the last hour of daylight of the day and take the picture so you are not looking into the setting sun. That should do it!

Pat.....looks like you stole my words. The engine is quiet.....noticeably enjoyable.....it purrs.....nothing but good vibrations. The burble from the exhaust is back, but louder and a little different. A friend who has a GTI drove it and loved it....very impressed with torque and agility among other things. I'm glad the premium package included an alarm.....the blinking red light makes me feel it's protected. Everyone should use a small California duster to help keep their wheels clean.

ACEkraut11.....I'll try to snap a couple during that last hour of daylight.

Or the first hour of the day if you are an early riser!

How is the visibility? I sat in one yesterday, and the rear sightlines looked very bad. Haven't driven one yet, so was curious about a real-world opinion.

I drove the S Coupe last Saturday and the view out the back even with the spoiler up is not that bad. Frankly the 370Z car is much worse in my opinion. The views out the side of the car are somewhat limited but no more so than other Coupes and will be something that most people can/will adjust to. I don't think I will have any trouble at all.

I will be driving the JCW tomorrow so I will again be looking at this once more. I don't think I will change my mind. I drove the S Coupe for a good 1/2 hour in all types of traffic and it just did not seem to me to be a reason for someone not to buy the car.
