R58 Bluetooth Problem

Bluetooth Problem
I have a Samsung Infuse android base phone. It paired with my 2010 MCS with no problem. It paired with my JCW Coupe on Friday while at the dealer but when i turned off ignition the MINI bluetooth would not pair however my phone indicated it was paired with the car. Long story short dealer says not an approved phone per MINI. Took car to dealer today they paired phone but after I left and make a stop phone unpaired. Now I have to go back on my next day off let them have car to see if it unpairs with their I Phone. Anyone have bluetooth probs. I think they should have replaced the bt module today.

I have a Samsung Charge and the factory Bluetooth option (I think it may be installed at the port, rather than actually at the factory). It paired just fine and worked perfectly for awhile. Yesterday it quit working and my attempts to get it working again have been in vain. The phone says it's paired, but the car doesn't see it and can't seem to find it. This is a major pain in the *** because California mandates hands free phoning on the road (which I frankly think is a good thing) and I need it to be reliable. I guess I'll try the dealer, but I don't expect much help there.
