Just picked up my car from the dealer this afternoon. The JCW spoiler

is on the car and looks great. They knew that there was an update

on the software for the new spoiler. Reprograming took them less than

an hour. Mine was the first R58 that they put the JCW spoiler on so it

might have taken them longer than normal.

88 lbs. of downforce doesn't sound all that gimmicky to me. I'm ordering with a fixed wing.

I don't know... it seems to me worrying about how many times the spoiler goes up and down is like worrying about how many times you open and close your window, or how many times the A/C cycled on and off during a commute
