I wouldn't be so certain about that. There's a lot of options. it all depends how it's done. To me clamping it down securely and sealing with the windows is a little more challenging I think.

You're right, not a money maker nor something that is going to appeal to most... more of a hobbyist kind of project which is always great to see

I'm thinking it's a one-off custom build. That means it would cost me.

Summer Wheel and Tire Setup

Our 2000km trip to Delaware over the Easter weekend provided a great oportunity to assess the new summer wheel and tire setup: NM Engineering RSe07 rims with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 215/40/18" In a word, "fantastic". The tires have phenomenal grip, are quiet and comfortable. Thanks Black Toffee (Steven) for the inspiration.

Here are a couple of photos...

O.K., spiney, I have to admit. This pic is fantastic. Your Roadster looking like a MINI Hotwheel. Love this.

So, you know I have to ask, what was the overall response to the Zunsport grill?

I was just going to say the same thing on the MINI Hotwheel .

Spent Friday evening and Saturday installing the LED Halo DRLs that have been sitting on the shelf for a few months. When the weather turned halfway decent this afternoon I got the notion of enjoying an afternoon drive around the town to check them out.

Nice shots as usual. I saw a lot of cars with these on at the Dragon this week. I think after the GP2 diffuser these are my favourite OEM mod item. Definitely on my list. My wife wants me to get some chrome driving lights too, and who am I to argue...

As spiney has already mentioned, nice shots as usual, Gil-galad. It looks like spring hasn't hit Iowa either. I must say, your Roadster always looks fantastic but newly added LED DRLs give it a whole new level of sophistication. They are my favorite mod to my Roadster so far.

Very nice...

Boy yes the warmer spring weather has been so slow to come.
I took a 30 minute S mode drive by myself around 6pm this evening on twisty roads I have near by just for the fun of it. It feels so good to have the Micehlin PSS summer tires back on again.

btw, is it just me or are the JCW suspension factory lower than our S mostly on the rear?

If you're referring to the pics, it's not factory. Installed some NM RS Alpha springs a few weeks ago.

Two weeks ago there wasn't even any green grass. At least I haven't had to mow the yard yet. Probably another week before that happens.

Oh I see, that makes perfect sense then. most OE cars lean slightly forward to account for passenger and trunk load to the center and rear. So it's not uncommon for after market springs to lower more the back than the front (which is more limited) and so the car is more parallel to the ground.
It looks great! Ours is going to stay OE configured for a long time so that makes me a little jealous . . . I just have to keep reminding myself that ours is still awesome to drive as it is
