Thanks Mr. T,

Motegi Racing MR125 Matte Gray Wheels

17 x 7.5
4 x 100 bolt pattern
42mm Offset

16.2lbs my MINI Conical's where 17 x 7.0, 22.2lbs so a savings of 6lbs per corner

BF Goodrich Extreme Performance Rivals

215/45R - 17

Tires where the same weight as the stock run flats.

My suspension is stock.

Due to the wider rim and offset the new tires are just a little taller. I'd say less than a 1/4" and stick out about 1/2" further than stock. the ride is a million times better than the stock run flat conti's. Boy do they stick on the corners.

Got them at Tire Rack right in time for MINI's On Top.

Andy

I hate to brake it to you but he does look a little intimidated by how close to the side curb he is parked, as if he's scared in the little corner of the space . . .

Oh boy, when looking at that truck I can't help but feel: where does waste stops...?

I was there first! That's my door-ding avoidance spot!

With the height of his door, spiney, he's more likely to bust out your window than crease you door.

I knew that . . . I do the same when ever I can.
I was kidding based on your initial comment.
Put two eyes on the MINI looking down sideways and you get the feel of being terrified

If I could get him to get a lift kit maybe it would be high enough to clear the roof altogether!

My luck I'd scrape a rim way before that BEAST would bump me...

What is that?? A diving board on the driver side??

Spiney you've got guts...

Mr.T,
I was with a dear friend at Angeles Crest Hyw 2, near Mt.Wilson. We were there very early this morning (around 7am) before all the suicidal biker show up . It was very fun.
One more reason thing to be in Sunny Southern California.

I've been trying to accomplish this mod for some time now and I can finally claim success. I had the stock black brake ducts chromed. No, this isn't one for you "Black-Out" boys and girls but I feel it finishes off BUSTER's look nicely. Hopefully a manufacturer will see these and perhaps decide to start making them for the JCW trim. It would certainly save other people from the agony I suffered getting this mod accomplished.

Really pop . . . great job

I didn't even know they were not producing chromed vents for the JCW!

You can get the chrome brake duct vents for the Justa and S trim lines but not the JCW.
