They are just the same as the stock ones, but with a dark blue "S" instead of the red one my car came with.

One last (?) bit of chrome/stainless...
Got this replacement hood scoop grill from MiniFini at the Dragon. Laser cut stainless steel. It's fully open, unlike the factory plastic one which in my case was about 25% open. If you get one and don't like it you could always use it as a cheese grater.

And as a plank owner in the NAM Cat Owners Club, I have to say that is one of the biggest, industrial sized containers of cat litter I've ever seen...

Not that strange, Tirerack has warehouse everywhere. Sometime one item is low on stock somewhere so they come from different places.
Tirerack often gives you the choice of shipping so if you want to keep the shipping down you might want one of the items shipped from a closer location. . . now Spiney, take that cardboard off already . . .

I like! Looking forward to seeing them on the Roadster.
You'll appreciate this if you haven't seen it before:

My wife doesn't drive it, so any pothole damage will be down to me. They're 205/40x18, so not that much lower than the 205/45x17 on the standard wheels. I know this is going to be heresy to some/all of you but I stuck with the runflats, Bridgestone Potenzas. I like the feel with the stiff sidewalls, and I'm convinced that I would have wrecked loads of wheels on the roads round here with normal tyres.
They're certainly a lot easier to handle. I put all three sets side-by-side and despite being bigger the new wheels are the lightest by quite a way.
The wheel is about 5 or 6 pounds lighter than the Challenge Spoke, and the tyre is about a pound lighter. I'll let you know how they feel as soon as I've gone further than the local gas station to top off the air.
When I need new shocks I just might do that, but as it's an all year round car and I live in Massachusetts I can't go too crazy!

OK, I think this is it for the cosmetic changes for a while. I'm really happy with the new look, it's ended up even better than I imagined when I set off down this path. I'll have:
- a near-perfect set of Challenge Spokes (tiny curb damage on one wheel only) with TPMS and iffy tyres
- a Lightning Blue hood scoop
- a Lightning Blue rear "diffuser" (not sure what to call it, it's the bit that was removed to fit the GP2 diffuser)
- a JCW grille
up in the For Sale section soon when I've had the time to clean them up and take pictures.
Anyway, here are the final pictures in this thread for a while:
