Looking at lowering springs NM or AST?

Looking at very moderate lowering springs for my R59 JCW. I am leaning towards the AST springs at 25mm front and rear. Would prefer a good balance between handling and comfort. Didn't know if anyone has any experience with either springs.

We have the most AST in stock in the USA for MINIs., AST owner is a MINI owner/close friend of ours and enthusiast if that matters

We had a couple people get them and reported they feel great as they are more tuned per chassis. Also they have multiple drops which is great for people to have options.

Got my AST springs from ECS and I have no complaints. I am already scraping my bumper with the AST's so I cannot imagine running anything lower.
