Clock Reset

Just got low mileage 2011 Countryman. Followed book to set time but the hour does not want to change. Minutes change. Any ideas?

Went to config then time then got the checkmark on hours then rotated dial to desired hour then pushed dash button under the little rectangle arrow symbol far right on display. It just went back to the original hour.

I think you need to push the turn **** in to set the hour. Then you can hit the button to go back.
