Suspension Busings

Suspension Busings
I'm looking for some input or help with an issue that recently popped up. I have a 2013 Countryman Cooper S. Mileage is at 37k. At 30K I dumped the runflats and put on non-runflats and saw a great improvement in ride quality. Around 36k I started experiencing a suspension banging in the rear. It is getting progressively louder, particularly on poor roads. I suspect it is my rear suspension bushings, maybe the anti roll bar bushings, or rear suspension arm bushings. Is it possible that these bushings could be worn out at just 37k miles??? Also what are the pros and cons of going to aftermarket urethane replacement bushings like Powerflex bushings???
I would appreciate any feedback before I take any actions.
Thank you in advance

Does the car have an aftermarket sway bar? We have seen the NM sway bars need bushings replaced every few years in our area. For whatever reason they will cause a clunk even if properly greased and need replaced.
Aside from that, has the car had any work in the rear recently?
We don't see many of the R60s with failed end links, but the R56-59 cars are burning through sway bar end links faster than they come out of warranty. Sway bar bushings could be a possibility, but again, we don't see much of that failure if ever on an R60 for us.

Thanx for the reply. Rear end is stock with no work done. I definitely have the clunking sound though

I run full purple powerflex poly with full rear not the inserts cant quite remember what it was like before but they work, a bit firmer though not like a solid set up. You do need to get a good look at whats up. Ive come across some trouble with the single bolt at the bottom of the damper to trailing arm. Its a solid enough setup but if the threads in the aluminum trailing arm have any damage it needs to be taken care of. Pretty straight forward rear set up and good visibility so nothing too hard. I will use the power flex again but Im ok with a firm suspension. I would only go poly if its part of an all around upgrade. You can get these thing set so they turn so good you can slosh all the oil out from under the oil pick up not sure if thats your goal.

For a clunk, definitely make sure your sway bar end links aren't loose. If one of those is loose it can definitely cause a clunk. I've had that issue before. Definitely get it up and wiggle around some suspension components to see if any are loose. Look for wear also.
