This was on the BMWCCA yahoo group this morning. I'm not able to independently vouch for this, but if your interested it could be worth checking out.

For those who are interested, I was told that there will be a Ferrari Enzo (the first for Colorado) at Stewart's Ferrari of Denver on Saturday between 9 and 5. Stewart's is on County Line Road between University and Broadway.

Sorry, no test drives.

Thanks Dave. I think I'll go take a look if the weather is too crappy for hiking.

I saw a piece on 9 News the other night about the Enzo arriving there. If I have the chance I'd like to go see it.

cool timing, I think I may want to check out the Enzo too (might as well)
Should we set a quasi-time, and have a MINI-invasion?

later!

Dave: Thanks for alerting me to this. My father says thanks as well. We just got back and I can say that photos just don't do the Enzo justice. It's an amazing piece of engineering. Not to mention how fun it is to look at the other cars at the dealership (they do Bentley, Maserati and a fair exotic/semi-exotic used trade). I hadn't been down there prior to today. Sorry my schedule wasn't flexible enough to meet everyone else. One of these days I'm going to meet up with you folks and I look forward to it.

That Bugati looks too much like a ladybug.

I had the oil changed on my MCS today and was thumbing thru a car mag at my friends garage...

That Ferrari's brake pads cost $6k and the rotors are $24 k...

Let me seee should a buy a new MCS or a set of 4 rotors ????

Peace,
D

Stopped in to look at the $650k Ferrari. Impressive but for the money I think I would rather have a house. Liked the 456 better and its only about half as much. Did you happen to see the LY/W MC for sale with Ferrari of Denver plates.

The Enzo looked amazing "live in person". The only other time I saw it was at the NAIAS in Detroit earlier this year while it was up on stage, however the car looked much better on the ground and in-the-flesh. The lines are very sexy without being awkward like it looks in press photos. It really doesn't photograph well, but it's amazing and beautiful in person.

...oh, and the carbon-fiber brakes were pretty cool too!
