I've got feelers out to a couple places it on the 17x7.5 ET48 Enkei RPF1 and one to OutMotoring on the Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 in 17x7 ET45. If either is confirmed to 100% certainly fit, I'll go with it. If both are somehow confirmed to fit, the RPF1 is my first choice.

RPF1's don't....i'm being vague but i pressed a vendor on this information as the original response seemed generic...i was returned a more detailed response that they simply do not fit...period....i was also told to keep the information confidential. sorry bud, that's all i got. do i still want to try for myself? yeah....but i kinda give up for now.

I got confirmation that the TD Race 1.2 does fit. Probably will go with that then . The price is still less than the NM and I like the style better.

with you on all accounts...only difference is 1.2's are 18lbs while NM are 17lbs...not the end of the world.
so you're doing 17x7 et45's. what tires you gonna match up with that? i'm initially considering 17x8 et 45's on 225's but could toy with the idea of dropping down to 7.5" with the 215's i have now. on my current 8's, the 215's seem a bit stretched.
edit: found this info online regarding TD Pro 1.2:
7.0 x 17 from 7.9kgs (17.3lbs)
7.5 x 17 from 8.2kgs (18.0lbs)
8.0 x 17 from 9.0kgs (19.8lbs)

Not sure if I'll go 7 or 7.5, but both should fit based on knowing the spacing specs for that wheel and that the 7 fits. I'll run the stock 205 summers that came on my car till they're done, then probably go with 215s. $222 a wheel isn't bad at all considering the wheel.
Well, I pulled the trigger on the TD Race 1.2s in 17x7 ET45. It'll be a long time before I can use them, but at least it'll be sorted. I'm assuming the stock cone seat bolts will work, but I guess we'll see (or I'll ask OutMotoring when I have a chance).

congrats...just to confirm, will these be a daily or a track wheel?
My wheels turned up today. They look beautiful! Can't wait for warm weather. Not quite sure yet if I'll endure another season with the mediocre Hankook S1 evo2 tires that came on the car or get something better when the time comes. I do need to nab a set of TPMS somewhere along the way too. IIRC, ECS had a pretty good price on a set of them.
Crap, crud, heck. They don't fit without spacing either. The good news, they're very close. I didn't have much to work with as far as material to try spacing is concerned, but they clear everything with the ~9mm of material I was able to find (two banana grams pieces between each bolt if it matters).
I'm going to reach out to the seller to see what we can do.
I would use spacers no matter what. Makes the car look way more aggressive.
I don't love dealing with spacers on cars with lug bolts, but I can if it comes down to it. These should fit no problem with commonly available 8mm dealies. A glob of heavy grease to hold them in place makes them tolerable, but studs would probably be compulsory TBQH.
Do the TD wheels only come with ET45? How about ET40?...more clearance maybe? Didn't the Challenge Edition wear these wheels without spacers?
Great looking wheels, and I like the silver also! Please post up pics on the car when you get things worked out. Good luck!
They do. They have lots and lots of configurations. I've not been able to pin down the exact specs of the Challenge wheels, but I came across a post on another forum suggesting that this wheel in 17x7.5 ET37 fits without spacers. I ordered these because the seller indicated that others with F56 JCWs had the 17x7 ET45 fit. I sent them an email to see if I can swap them out for ones that really fit.
Based on the 9mm of spacing I tried fitting with as much clearance as it did, 37mm (8mm more) should fit no problem. They don't list 37 in their site, only 35/38/40, but maybe they can still get them.
Finding wheels I want for this car has certainly been a challenge

OutMotoring said they can be returned, but also suggested spacers. Seems like the size that would definitely fit would be a custom order, and would take 10-12 weeks. Between the cost of shipping, extra cost of a special order, and the wait I'm leaning that way too.
I see readily available spacers in 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm sizes. All would most likely be fine. The clearance would probably be tight with the 8s, so probably more reasonably 10mm or 12mm are the ones to consider.
Visually, it'd be impossible to spot the difference between 10mm and 12mm so it's probably a wash. I see application specific kits with lugs from OutMotoring and ECSTuning. ECS has 10 and 12 (the former in their own brand and the latter also in h&r), OutMotoring has only 12mm in their own brand. WayMotorWorks has H&R spacers that look right too, but are much much more expensive and don't include lugs.
Anyone with more experience wanna lend some advice? I've not run them on a daily in a long time so my experience is dated (and mostly tainted by poor quality products). Is the extra cost of the H&R worth it for the machining and material quality?
Well, haven't heard anything back so far so I think I'm going to assume that the quality of the spacers matters and go with a set of the 12mm H&R spacers and a 75mm 14mm x 1.25 bullet nose stud kit from Motorsport Hardware with their plain black nuts. After having been disappointed by poor quality spacers and really liking good quality stud conversions in the past, the choice seems pretty clear.
Probably ordering in 5 minutes or so. Hopefully not making a mistake.
Hey Matt. I've run 12 & 15mm spacers on my JCW from day 10. Don't use grease ... They have been problem free for me. There is of course light scrub radius, but is so minor it does not factor. Greg
I think I'm done fretting about it. It'll, with the new wheels, end up being like 21mm total added offset vs the stock ET54 wheels. I'll probably throw the spacers and studs on right off the bat with the stock wheels when they come though. Should look better.
I have seen a person run the stock wheels wit 20mm spacers all the way around on a JCW, and also 25mm spacers on the front of an S, as well the jcw fitted 17x7.5 et40 NM wheels add 21mm (14 from offset + almost 7 from wheel width) to the outside of the stock wheels that are 17x7 et54. You will be fine.
