Well, I changed my mind on these wheels and spacers after talking to Team Dynamics. They confimed that their 17x7.5 ET45 wheel fits, and is the same size as the challenge car, so I'm going through the process of returning the ones I have and getting those. ET45 with 7.5" makes me feel better than an effective ET33 with 7". Wider tires will fit better and I won't have to deal with the spacers.
For others considering their wheels, they have a fitment guide on their site that shows sizes for the JCW. They list::
7 x 17 195/45R17 205/45R17
MONZA R M-R770385100112 K 403 STB
7.5 x 17 205/45R17
PRO RACE 1.2 5-2-775455112 K 403 B
8 x 17 225/40R17
1. Check Fenders
PRO RACE 1.2 5-2-780455112 K 403 B
8 x 18 205/40R18 225/35R18
1. Check Fenders
PRO RACE 1.2 5-2-880405112 K 403 B
They list the Monza with ET38 in a 7" for the JCW, but don't list the Pro Race 1.2 in that size at all.

Good to hear.. I'm looking at 7.5 as well only because 8 adds almost 2lbs per...Thanks for the update.
I sent the 17x7 wheels back today. The 17x7.5 wheels are in stock in the UK, but have to come by container to the US. ETA is 3-10 weeks.

Not to add to the confusion but there is an article in the March/April Midern MIni magazine about the Challenge & it says the Challenge wheels are TD 17" x 7". I will check again but I believe that's what the article said....maybe wrong?
Based on all the various wheel figment threads I've reviewed over many months I have always thought that 7.5" was the ideal wheel width with either ET 40 or ET 45 depending on setup & tire size to clear the large Brembos & the struts.
Correction: I didn't read all of the article. The second owner of this Challenge 210 added JCW brakes & 20mm spacers all around with the black TD wheels (17" x 7"). Looks very nice though!
I didn't realize the Challenge didn't come with the large Brembos originally.
Your're better off without spacers if you can do that!

Wrong challenge car . I'm talking about the JCW Challenge car that is (or at least was) for sale in the UK.

It's also worth mentioning that TD also indicated that the Challenge race cars use different brakes and different wheel dimensions.
Well, the original set of wheels made it back to TD mid last week. Just the 'ol waiting game waiting for the new ones to be manufactured and shipped by container to the US, then shipped to me. The timeframe is a pretty wide 3-10 weeks, so it's anyone's guess when they'll be here. Hopefully they won't take all the way till April, but I guess it's no biggie if they do.

Well, they say anything really worth having is worth waiting for, but here's hoping your wait won't be too long!
i ended up going with the NM RSe05's...17x75. et40...price was decent enough for me when you compared with the TD's and they actually weighed less than advertised...i weighed it yesterday and the gunmetals came in at 16.6lbs.

Nice! They're definitely a safe bet and guaranteed to fit. I heard rumor a while back that there was going to be another model of web-like spoked wheels available in a 17" model, and was holding out for it, but it never seems to have materialized. With a silver white car, I don't think the RSe05s would suit my fancy in the looks department. I also really liked how the TDs looked on it .
Finally , make the car right , for now
Wheels: Advan racing RZ II ,18x7.5j ,ET48 and the weight is 7.6~7.7kg each
Tires:Nexen N8000 205/40 R18
and NM engineering spring. This thing makes the car a little soft and comfortable , worth it.
At the first time , I used the Toyo 225/40/18 tires and stock springs, the car runs all right, no rubbing problem.
Then I replaced with the nm springs, the rubbing problem happens! When you lower your car, the width of tire will affect the wheel arch. 225/40's tire is too wide. So I replaced with the 205/40/18, and this is perfect!
The new NM wheels the JCW Team is running looks great. Should be available with exact Mini fitment shortly (only available for Audi and VW at the moment)

https://www.neuspeedflowform.com/col...nt=37561415946
Do you know if the Advan RS II will fit the JCW brake caliper in 17x7.5 et48 or 18x7.5 et48?
I don't know for now~
But a friend of my will get the JCW soon, and I will use my wheel on his car to try if the 17x7.5 et48 or 18x7.5 et48 fit the brake caliper.
Just wait !

Hope it eventually comes out. I've been waiting on a set since I first heard rumors of it back in August. Eventually gave up, but it does look gorgeous and is exactly what I was wanting
I just installed Advanti HY Hybris 17x7.5 with 225/45/17 Continental DW tires. This is at the factory right height. Makes me want to clean up the calipers.
Just ordered a set TSW MAX Matte Black in 17x8 et 45 with 205/45R17s for my stock F55 Justa with the nasty small 15x5.5 wheels. According to the rep at TSW this setup will fit. Anyone running this size? If so any issues?
had our first track event of the season this past weekend so i was able to mount, install, and use my new track wheels. they are:
17x7.5 NM RSe05 ET40 on 215/45 Toyo R888r. clearance all around as expected. rubbing initially only occurred on hard turns but then i only heard it a few times. you'd think that after a weekend of hard turns on the track that it would rub more but it didn't. it is extremely close though. 225 IMO would definitely rub but also i don't think 225 is that necessary for me.
additional notes: on bilstein coilovers so floor to fender is 25" all around.
That's a bummer....anxious to see them on your car!
You and me both. It sounds like I'll at least be able to get them shipped by air from the UK once they're made rather than waiting for a container on a ship. *fingers crossed* hopefully not too much longer.

Looks good! No rubbing or other issues? What is the ET on these? I'm going with a 17x8 ET45 with a 205/45R17 on my F55.
It's been a few weeks, but I just installed these Alzor wheels. 17x7.5 et45. According to my data, they should just fit over the JCW brakes, maybe requiring a 3 mm spacer,
