Do you guys think my mini is totaled?
it can still move and stuff, the right frame rail was slightly bent to the left. Seems most of the vital organs are saved. 6 airbags deployed, driver and passenger airbags with their accompanying footwell airbags And both side curtain Airbags on the passenger side. I love this car so I really hope it’s not done. What do you guys think. It’s a 2014 Cooper S 3 door hardtop, 35,700 miles. Oh yeah, the steering is fine too

My 2006 had similar damage in 2014, they estimated it at $7000 (Canadian), assuming the frame wasn’t bent. That was the value of the car.
I would guess another couple of thousand with the frame damage, a few more thousand for inflation, but a few thousand less when you convert it to USD. My air bags didn’t pop, either.
It felt like the worst decision of my life to let the car go and get a new MINI, but the CVT transmission would likely not have lasted a few more years.
If you were to get a new MINI, it would be very similar with some upgrades.

To the OP, good thing your air bags did their job.
Hope your insurance was as generous as mine.

I'd say, yes, and if I were you, I'd would hope my insurance agrees.
Personally would not want the car back when fixed. It may look fine, but would likely have a series of problems occur as time passes........ plus resale or trade would be hugely affected.
I'd be looking at a new one or of failing that, a nice CPO and be thankful not one was injured.
