Nice garage. Around where you live is one of the most beautiful places I've been in this country. I could live there in a second but I think it's a little far from the ocean for my taste...
Anyone else having trouble keeping their floors dry after the snow melts from their cars? My routine is squeegee the water out every day before it hits drywall. Mixes with road salt, its already rusting my doors/rails/hinges.
I have 2 drains in the very rear of the garage, neither close enough to drain the water. I'll install drainage channels if I need to, but thats around $1500. I was hoping to find plastic tiles that snap together which catch the water underneath.
The best options I've seen are:
-large matts with 2" walls you park on
-expanding foam perimeter which you scrape off when the dry season hits.
Ooh, is that a 2nd gen MR2 on the right?? Beautiful space.
Good guess based on what's visible but, no, it's a RX7 FD/LS2 swap. If you think a MINI can be a money suck, get involved in something like that. The garage is detached and was built by a previous owner as a woodworking shop. Supports would have gotten in the way of jockeying big pieces of wood.
